With their robust construction and non-contact scanning, these encoders work without wearing down, also when subjected to vibrations, moisture, salt water, dirt, warm or cold temperatures, or shock from strong mechanical forces. These encoders are available with one or more scanning heads, for either redundancy - or to provide different signal types from the same encoder.
