After an incredible 25 years of flawless operation, this Leine Linde XH-C 860 encoder was recently replaced during a motor refurbishment at a car tire factory in Burgos, Spain. Installed back in the 1990s, it had been working tirelessly for over two decades—without fail.
Thanks to our traceability data, we could track its exact production history and performance data since it was first manufactured. Even after all these years, the customer was able to obtain a fully compatible encoder that fitted perfectly into the existing machine—𝗻𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗱.
The technician, Rubén Ordoñez from Electrocaor, could easily replace the encoder seamlessly. This simple and reliable solution ensures the customer’s operations will keep running smoothly for another 25 years.
